Sandra Swanepoel has held the position of director: new business development at Softline VIP for the past 11 years. She has expert knowledge of HR and payroll industry drivers and also extensive experience in decision and buying trends in this field. When she joined the company as a sales consultant 20 years ago, the software market was largely untapped. Being part of the evolution in this market has been a highlight of her career and she continues to be inspired by the dynamic, fast-paced nature of software. Some of the most important developments in the IT industry, Swanepoel believes, are digital payslips, business intelligence software and the online submission of tax certificates. Softline VIP employs over 550 staff and currently has 24 000 companies using its software to generate about three million payslips per month.
