ITWeb, in partnership with Deloitte, is conducting a salary survey and is calling on South African IT professionals to participate.

Its outcomes will enable IT professionals to benchmark their salaries against the industry average and identify the most sought-after and best-paid IT skills.

For employers of IT talent, the survey results provide insights into market-related salaries and package structures, enabling them to make better-informed hiring decisions, attract and retain top IT skills.

Respondents can opt to provide more detailed information about their earnings, such as whether they received an increase, benefits offered by their employer and medical aid and pension contributions. All respondents can also opt in to enter a lucky draw for a chance to win a 27-inch curved monitor, Nespresso coffee machine or an Apple speaker.

ITWeb's research team, together with Deloitte's expert remuneration team, will analyse the data, and compile a key findings report which will be published on ITWeb.
