Michael Renzon

MD of Intelleca

Michael Renzon is MD of Intelleca, South Africa's leading provider of customer experience management and contact centre solutions, and a division of the Bytes Technology Group. Under Renzon's leadership, Intelleca has won many local and international awards for its innovative solutions in speech self-service technology, managed contact centre services, and commercialisation of the Genesys Dynamic Contact Centre. With over 18 years' experience in IT, his previous experience includes founder member and MD of Internet Solutions e-Commerce, the largest provider of e-Commerce solutions in South Africa, and founder of Ananzi, South Africa's largest local search engine. In 1998, Dimension Data acquired Internet Solutions, and Renzon was appointed to the Board of I-Net Bridge, an electronic media and financial information company with shareholders Dimension Data, BDMF (Pearsons and TML), Times Media, and Bridge Information Systems of New York. Renzon's work experience includes three years with SPL's Software AG Systems Software Division. Renzon was nominated by ITWeb as one of the top 10 candidates for the IT Personality of the Year 2004.
