Interactive Intelligence partners with IDC CIO Summit

Contact centre specialist company, Interactive Intelligence, has partnered with the IDC's popular CIO Summit, which will be held at Johannesburg's Southern Sun Hotel, in Grayston, on 28 and 29 March.

IDC's Africa CIO Summit is a recognised IT leader-focused event, where CIOs, business and IT executives get distilled and compact insights in IT strategies, emerging technologies and best practices that have imminent impact on their business landscape.

Gavin Atkinson, Managing Director of iChoices, will give an in-depth presentation, focusing on how they've deployed an IVR solution from Interactive Intelligence, which has shown a return on investment (ROI) within six months. It has also proved to save in excess of 60 agents on a monthly basis while improving the customer experience and extending contact hours.

Every year, this IDC event illuminates the many minds with the best winning practices and engages with emerging and promising vendors to outline their new product blueprints and practical solutions.

With a financial recovery in place resulting from last year's economic recession, IDC's Africa CIO Summit 2011 will focus on a pressing theme: Winning strategies of empowered CIOs in the region.
