Infosys BPO reorganises

Infosys BPO, a subsidiary of India-based IT services company Infosys Technologies, has reorganised its procurement division to provide e-procurement, supplier management, contract management, strategic sourcing, and spend management, says Trading Markets.

It said the reorganisation will address the changes in the global sourcing and procurement industry and will enable it to expand its services and product portfolio, with an on-demand procure-to-pay business platform.

It said it has also established an academy to train employees on the latest global practices and requirements.

Telapprise, TeleBright partner

Looking to support telecom expense management, Telapprise has formed a strategic partnership with TeleBright, a developer of software solutions, says TCM Net.

When TeleBright's best-of-breed technology platform is combined with Telapprise's proprietary methodologies and stringent controls, it helps IT managers and CFOs maximise control, visibility and understanding of every critical telecom resource across the entire expense life cycle.

Under the agreement, TeleBright and Telapprise will provide telecom billing management, auditing, chargeback accounting, mobile device management, procurement, change management and contract management.

Artemis, Smart join forces

Artemis Sales Solutions has signed an agreement with Smart Software Deals, software licence negotiators and providers of other contract management services, according to eMedia Wire.

The partnership will provide Artemis with services that allow its clients to save significant revenue on both their existing and new software licence agreements.

In business since 1995, Smart has helped save its clients millions of dollars in software and services fees.
