PartServe was founded in 1999 and offers a range of services, which can be summarised into the following areas.

•  Outsourced warranty – PartServe runs and manages the warranty Programs for Acer, Lenovo, Epson, Canon, Sony Playstation, Zebra, MSI, NEC, Philips, AOC, Kyocera, OKI, Motorola, Getac and ViewSonic for Southern Africa.
• IT/Mobile/Power repairs – PartServe is the leader in IT / Power product repairs through Southern Africa. Offering depot and onsite repairs to component level on Laptops, PC’s, printers, Mobile phones, Tablets, projectors, screens, UPS’s and inverters.
• Spare parts and finished goods logistics management – For all the vendors PartServe represents, we warehouse and manage all spare parts and finished goods needed to facilitate in and out of warranty repairs or exchanges. Determining stock levels based on movement as well as stock holding through our regional network of branches.
• Asset recovery and disposal – Financial institutions and corporate companies wishing to do a technology refresh can make use of PartServe to remove old IT equipment as well as do all data wiping. PartServe has the channel and infrastructure to dispose of such equipment to IS014000 standards.
• Distribution of IT/Mobile/Power product spare parts  – Through our very broad online presence as well as an active sales team PartServe can deliver any spare parts, refurbished equipment or replacement batteries anywhere in Africa in the best possible lead times.
• Refurbished IT equipment – Through our very broad online presence as well as an active sales team PartServe can deliver any spare parts, refurbished equipment or replacement batteries anywhere in Africa in the best possible lead times. 
• Technical training – as well as developing our own technical staff we offer full training services to the IT channel for various of our vendor products. Customers who are trained with PartServe gain official accreditation from the vendors on whose behalf we train.
