I am Michael Yolland and currently I fulfill a role at Pepkor, as Digital Transformation Officer. I am excited by what technology can do for everyone. I prefer to consume as much as I can online to learn about the other way of doing things. I'm a fast-paced, meticulous, observant explorer, excited about the future that always looks to apply common sense in ensuring simplicity in how it applies to people while learning something new every day. I thrive on change and connecting the apparent chaos and randomness to make sense of the exponential times we live in today. I enjoy energetic conversations with open minded people with different perspectives that allow everyone to contribute, have fun, learn and grow. I enjoy sailing, surfing and disconnecting occasionally, but not often.
