The value of embedded analytics

The BI Landscape is evolving…. again…. and fast! The transition from IT-driven BI delivery to self-service analytics continues at pace and is now enhanced by the latest major trend of embedded analytics. The BI environment is no longer something separate from line of business systems. BI and advanced analytics are now being embedded within core operational systems with tangible benefits:

new commercial opportunities (monetizing data)
improved user experience
increased user adoption of BI tool

What was a complicated technical process of integration has now been made easy with all major BI vendors providing an easy to implement embedded capability. This session will explore the major drivers for considering embedded BI and the presenters will share practical examples and lessons learnt from three separate embedded implementations (Tableau, Qlik and Power BI).
