Jeanne-Louise Viljoen is a data engineer at PBT Group, and holds a BSc IT degree from the University of Johannesburg and is currently pursuing an MSc in AI at the International University of Applied Sciences in Germany.
Her expertise lies in data transformation and analysis, forensic auditing, software engineering and prototype development. Throughout her career, she has gained experience working across diverse industries, including banking, healthcare, insurance, telecommunications, government and energy.
Viljoen’s passion lies in building prototypes for proof-of-concepts, ETL processes, data mining, analysis and data visualisation.
She has actively contributed to global AI initiatives such as Women in AI, collaborating with women worldwide to promote AI education, establish partnerships and enhance social media exposure.
Furthermore, she is involved with the Genesis Light Foundation NPC, which spearheads community projects, including the STEM initiative SPACE-AIM. Additionally, Viljoen conducts AI research and provides AI insights through her association with Day Star Group.
