Dr Tracy Dunbar completed a PhD in medical physics from the University of St Andrews, in Scotland, and then worked in England as a consultant to pharmaceutical companies. In 2003, Dr Dunbar moved to SA and continued her passion for analytics in her work as an operations manager for a health risk management company, and then as a senior consultant in predictive and statistics analytics. Dr Dunbar believes the truth lies in data and it is the only accurate representation of what, when and how things happen within an organisation. She is passionate about working together with both business and IT to develop tools and solutions to facilitate “evidence-backed decisionsâ€, the foundation of which is proven return on investment.
