Cecil Thokoane is CTO for Dimension Data Middle East and Africa. With over 15 years’ ICT experience in the public and private sector, Thokoane also holds seats on the Dimension Data and Internet Solutions executive committees. Thokoane serves as the technology advisor to the Middle East and Africa region, managing strategic partnerships and industry alliances, as well as assuming integral strategic counsel across all of Dimension Data's lines of business.
