Clive Brindley serves as a solution architect and pre-sales manager within the Business Technology Optimisation (BTO) business unit within HP Software + Solutions South Africa. Brindley is part of the EMEA BTO practice unit, focusing on integrated cross-product solutions that span the entire BTO portfolio. Brindley has worked within the enterprise systems management domain for over 14 years, focusing on delivering service management solutions to customers worldwide. Brindley worked in Europe for seven years in various roles, from solution design to quality management, at leading enterprise management software providers. The most significant role he undertook was as a solutions architect on one of the world’s largest global outsourcing initiatives. Brindley has gained various industry accreditations, ranging from BS7799 lead auditor to ITIL v3 Service Manager qualifications.
