Booysen is a highly-qualified industrial psychologist − with undergraduate and master's degrees (MCom) plus a doctorate (PhD) from Stellenbosch University − and published author.
Her career reflects executive positions in globally leading companies. She is a registered industrial psychologist with the Health Professional Council of South Africa. Her more than a decade-and-a-half successful track record in the delivery of results across various industries is testament to her ability to generate innovative human capital solutions to business challenges.
Booysen joined Interconnect Systems in 2018, where she is tasked with overseeing human capital strategy and management of the employee lifecycle from start to finish. This includes organisational development, executive coaching, leadership development, talent management, industrial relations, learning plus development and ensuring the organisation is future fit.Articles
