ITWeb has launched iWeek, a weekly ICT news magazine, adding another publication to its growing media stable.
The company now has ICT news and analysis publications both online and in print, published daily, weekly, monthly and annually.
"iWeek has been a much-anticipated weekly that will reach new readers, and complement and complete our content offering," said Jovan Regasek, publisher of iWeek, at the publication`s launch this morning.
"iWeek will fill the gap between breaking news and strategic insight. It will offer a summary of developments and put things into perspective," he added.
iWeek editor Sipho Memela says of the new publication: "The aim is not to compete with other similar publications, but to give a fresh approach to decision-makers on the progression of ICT, as well as a concise, easy read for our target market.

Memela says iWeek will cover pivotal issues within business. "We present a concise digest of the previous week`s issues, including events, business, ICT and technology developments."
iWeek already has close to 7 000 subscribers and expects to grow fast, says Memela.
The editorial team responsible for iWeek also includes consulting editor Mariette du Plessis, deputy editor Laura Franz, senior reporter Patrick Heske and trainee reporter Nkuli Mngcungusa.
