HP's Imaging and Printing group is pleased to announce the opening of a new service location in Cape Town that will offer customers and business partners better, more convenient and easier access to HP Imaging and Printing consumer products support service offerings.
Operated by "Let me repair", this service location will not carry out repairs on the premises. The products managed by this service option are supported by HP's Unit Exchange programme means that after customers deliver the defective products to the location, customers will be contacted when their Exchange Unit is ready for them to collect.
This service is offered in addition to the current Home delivery service and carry-in-services already available and covers all products listed below:
* HP DeskJet printers (except 1000, 2000 and 9000 series),
* HP Officejet printers (except 9100 series),
* Consumer Mono Laserjet printers (1020, 1022 1018, M1005 etc),
* HP Photosmart printers,
* Inkjet & Photosmart All-in-One products,
* Print-Scan-Copy (PSC),
* HP Digital Cameras
To take advantage of this new service, a customer only need call the HP Consumer Call Centre on 0860 104 771 and ask for the technical support team. Once the requirement for a hardware exchange unit is confirmed by the support engineer, the customer may deliver the defective unit to the address below.
