Faith began her career as an assistant programmer, steadily rising through roles such as business development manager, project manager, and ultimately CIO. Along the way, she gained diverse experiences, including working in internal auditing, project risk consulting, and holding a leadership role at Deloitte. Her advice to aspiring women in tech centers on embracing new challenges, maintaining a learning mindset, and not being deterred by doubt or negativity.
