Waterfall welcomes PSG Wealth to The Ingress

Johannesburg, 04 Dec 2018

Attacq, the JSE listed property company developing Waterfall City and Waterfall Logistics Hub, is proud to announce that PSG Wealth is set to move into one of its new developments – The Ingress.

PSG Wealth, a division of JSE-listed independent financial services group PSG Konsult, will be taking up residency in Building 1 of The Ingress, a four-storey building comprising 4 376m², lease commencing August 2019. The wealth management firm, which has its eyes set on expanding its operations in the southern African region, is the latest in a long line of blue-chip firms choosing to make Waterfall home.

The Ingress, a five-building office precinct in close proximity to the Mall of Africa and Allandale road, is the latest in a long line of developments that include the iconic PwC Tower, BMW Regional Distribution Centre, Cummins head office and, currently under construction, Deloitte Headquarters, to name a few. The new office precinct will offer a high-quality corporate office park experience that encompasses the very best in urban design and sustainability principles.

“Our vision is to be one of South Africa’s leading wealth managers and we want our offices to have the appropriate stature, visibility and ease of access. Waterfall’s close proximity to the surrounding business nodes, airports and infrastructure was a key consideration, as was ease of access for our employees and the convenience of the multi-use complex which offers a wide variety of amenities,” says Marilize Lansdell, CEO of PSG Wealth.

The Ingress prioritises a number of green building focused measures, such as green infused shading and paving. All buildings within the precinct include alternate glass solutions, flush glazing, external louvres and deep-set windows. Combined, these components work to ensure that all buildings perform to the highest environmental standards.

“We are delighted to welcome PSG Wealth to the Ingress and thank them for their vote in confidence. With some of world’s most prestigious consulting institutions making their way to our city, I think it’s fair to say that Waterfall is fast establishing itself as an important financial hub for the country,” says Melt Hamman, Chief Executive Officer of Attacq.
