The FlowCentric Technologies team certainly has been busy this quarter. Along with their .com Web site, FlowCentric Technologies has launched a technical forum.
The objective of the forum is to provide a controlled space for members of the FlowCentric community to meet, share tips, tricks and suggestions, ensuring that businesses get the most out of their investment.
The forum is consistently moderated and monitored to ensure the best possible user experience and the fastest turnaround time from question to answer. If you are a member of the FlowCentric community or simply an interested party, you are bound to learn something from this forum.
FlowCentric Processware has once again been successfully implemented, this time by the Department of Transport (DOT) in Abu Dhabi.
The DOT automated two of their online service processes, namely 'Vendor Services' and 'No Objection Certificate - Right of Way'. This project was particularly exciting for the FlowCentric team, as it was an opportunity for the software to show off its right to left and multi-language capabilities, as much of the system is available in both Arabic and English.
Not only has FlowCentric Technologies launched two new offerings, namely TasqIT and FloPac for ACCPAC, but the company is through to the second round of nominations for the Microsoft Customer Experience award. Astraia Technology, Rhmea Systems, SBS Intellect and Synergy Software Systems have recently partnered with FlowCentric Technologies.
As Matthew Newnham, Business Development Manager at Astraia, explained: “Astraia Technology was looking for a really good BPM tool that needed to be able to work with ACCPAC ERP. FlowCentric has met and gone beyond the expectations initially outlined, and to date the partnership has delivered a working tool, FloPac, for ACCPAC well ahead of time. The professional work ethic of FlowCentric mirrors that of Astraia Technology, and the partnership is one that is blossoming and will blossom further in time to come.”
