Tellumat Defence has again taken Platinum Sponsorship of the Military Information and Communications Symposium of South Africa (MICSSA), to be held on 20-23 July in Pretoria.
A Founder Platinum Patron (since 2003), the company will exhibit an extensive array of technologies and jointly present an industry paper at this year's event, says Brian Ferguson, Tellumat Defence Marketing & Sales Manager.
Tellumat has a proud history of innovation and possesses deep domain expertise in defence, electronic manufacturing and commercial communications. It has developed nine new product families since 1998 and boasts product engineering, development, project management, supply and servicing skills in numbers.
The defence division honours multiple installation, maintenance and upgrade contracts with armed forces, civil aviation organisations and state-owned enterprises. Tellumat is a leading supplier of microwave links that will help power the national network of Neotel, the country's second fixed-line operator.
MICSSA will be attended by communications specialists in the armed forces, vendors and dignitaries. “The conference presents excellent networking opportunities,” says Ferguson. “We use it to great effect to build empowering partnerships with customers, industries and organisations in other countries, as well as potential suppliers.”
