Silica gains advantage by integrating AWD

Johannesburg - DST International (DSTi), a leading provider of business process management solutions, announces that Silica Fund Administration Systems (Pty) Ltd (Silica) has agreed a new contract for the use of AWD, DSTi`s integrated business process management solution.

Founded in 1999, Silica has become a leading third-party retail fund administrator and software applications service provider in the southern Africa and UK offshore markets.

Neil Crawford, operations manager for AWD at DSTi South Africa, said: "DSTi`s business process management solution forms a core part of Silica`s seamlessly integrated product set and provides them with flexible and versatile automated processing capabilities."
