SanDisk unveils 2GB SD card
SanDisk has unveiled the younger sibling of the Ultra II SD Plus card. Featuring an attractive storage capacity of 2GB, the card should be available from June. Design Technica reports that the card folds in half to reveal a USB connector, allowing users to plug it directly into a USB port.

Tanya Chuang, senior retail product marketing manager at SanDisk, commented on the convenience of the card, and said "With 2GB of capacity you can take many hundreds of high-resolution photos and transfer the images to a computer quickly and easily with the built-in USB connector."
