Sabinet, in association with Standards & Legal, is excited to announce the launch of its new Legal Registers platform. This useful and easy-to-use software will take the hassle out of managing your company's sustainability and legal compliance. The official launch date for the Legal Registers platform is on 1 April.

The platform is designed to work optimally across devices and also includes access to the latest data, as well as an extensive template library and plain English summaries, which are all searchable and delivered via manageable software.

"It's become increasingly difficult to know what your organisation's legal and other obligations are, and if you've in fact met those obligations," elaborates Peter Flynn, MD of Standards & Legal. "Our market-leading platform combines nearly 25 years of experience, with forward-thinking innovation, to provide a convenient, simple and trusted platform, so that your obligations can be known and met," he concluded.

This platform conveniently offers one dashboard where one would be able to integrate multiple sites while offering precise information about each site. Additionally, all the information is categorised, stored and strategically organised, offering users no less than four ways to search the information, meaning one can quickly and easily find what one is looking for. Currently, there are over 6 000 plain English summaries, over 2 000 tags and over 38 000 sections available, with new legislation loaded every week.

This service means users can stay up to date with ever-changing legislation and management requirements. Every morning, users will receive any relevant updates and be notified as to how it affects their organisation.

Users of the Legal Registers platform can rest assured that this service provides users with the following benefits:

* Legal Registers and updates;
* Ongoing updates;
* Integrated risk assessments;
* Interpretation of environmental, occupational health and safety and quality ("SHEQ"), energy and food safety legal consultation; and
* SANS identification and updating services.

"With the addition of the Legal Registers platform to our portfolio, we aim to offer uncomplicated legal compliance for our clients," explains Rosalind Hattingh, MD of Sabinet. "With ever-changing legislation, maintaining legal compliance is a full-time job, unless it is outsourced. Our platform is not only efficient and innovative, but truly essential," she adds.

The launch of the Legal Registers platform will be supported by an extensive marketing campaign as well as a launch event for a select number of current and potential clients.
