Retail property investor and developer, the JSE-listed Resilient Property Income Fund, has contracted mid-market ERP solutions provider Lorge to install and implement an integrated SAP Business One software solution at its headquarters in Park Lane, Sandown.
Resilient invests in "dominant" retail developments in small cities and larger towns throughout South Africa, specifically where such developments are tenanted predominantly by national retailers and anchored by a large supermarket. The nature of its business demands financial software that facilitates full integration with a variety of other specialised business software.
Eugene Olivier, general manager of Lorge`s SAP Business One business unit, said the SAP Business One installation will include I-Bolt, an add-on software module that will integrate and automate Resilient`s processes in general ledger and cashbooks.
"The I-Bolt module will also be configured to integrate a number of Resilient`s existing software systems, providing a stable platform from which the company`s entire accounting process will be streamlined."
