Realyst has launched Realyst Contract Manager, a web based application designed to assist organisations in managing their contractual obligations. Based on the architecture of Realyst Premises Manager, Contract Manager is a template based application that manages all aspects of an organisations contracts whether they be with customers, suppliers, partners or staff.
Realyst Contract Manager manages the key metrics of a contract, the financial information and the key events during the life cycle of a contract. These events are typically defined as renewal terms, escalation terms, termination requirements etc.
Realyst Contract Manager utilizes e-mail as a messaging platform to alert the organisation of up and coming contractual events thereby proactively managing contractual relationships.
