Highlighting Lenovo’s ongoing commitment to channel partners even in uncertain times, the annual awards ceremony was carried out online for the first time ever since its inception.
PartServe is a Lenovo authorised warranty service provider as well as a Lenovo authorised spare parts distributor for South Africa, specialising in providing genuine and authentic Lenovo parts to customers.
The company provides Lenovo mobile, PC and laptop repairs and spares, including hard drives, batteries, screens and power supplies. PartServe’s partnership with Lenovo exists to mainly serve the demands of local customers in South Africa.
With an ongoing demand for connected devices, both entities are working effortlessly to bolster service offerings in order to facilitate consumer needs to be able to work, study or enjoy entertainment in agile environments.
Lee Bowes, PartServe director, says they echo Lenovo's vision to deliver a customer focused experience. "This award is proof of our commitment and it also gives us the chance to celebrate these incredible successes and results over an extremely difficult period.
“It's all about building relationships and putting customers first. Now more than ever it is important that we strengthen our ties to support consumer needs," he adds.
Lenovo South Africa general manager Thibault Dousson thanked PartServe for supporting consumer requirements during these challenging times. “At Lenovo, we recognise all of our channel partners as an extension of our own teams. Within these partnerships we are able to ensure that our customers receive the services they need.
“We know that these key strategic partners are fundamental to our own success. For this reason, we are absolutely thrilled to recognise the dedication and amazing work that PartServe has achieved, and we applaud them for their excellent service delivery,” he explains.
Together with PartServe, Lenovo is continuously working on optimising its service offering in order to serve consumer demands in a timely manner and also elevate its end-user experience.
Bowes says since the beginning of lockdown, there was a wave of demand for notebooks, tablet computers and related accessories and products. “With many people working and learning from home, there has been a huge demand for laptops, PCs and spare parts.”
“With this demand also comes the need for value-added services and after-services to ensure these devices are up and running without interruption. It is our mission to support end-users and ensure they experience as little downtime as possible," he concludes.
