Hospitality-focused software developer and supplier, NFS Technology Group, continues to make inroads into Botswana, with the company announcing a contract with Gaborone-based Innisfree Apartments.
Innisfree Apartments - a 32-room self-catering establishment - is using NFS Technology's RoomMaster 2000 software solution.
The RoomMaster 2000 software solution is designed to manage hotels with as little as 10 rooms, up to establishments with more than 1 000 rooms. The software seamlessly handles reservations, sales ledger, point of sale, and commission-free Internet bookings.
Kagiso Kgosiyame, manager at Innisfree Apartments, said the RoomMaster software gives operators a "bird's eye view of all necessary information", making the day-to-day running of the self-catering establishment "that much easier".
"Innisfree Apartments might not be one of the largest self-catering establishments in Gaborone - but it is certainly one of the upmarket ones. We pride ourselves on running an efficient business and providing excellent customer service - and we are significantly assisted in this regard by the NFS software we are using."
