Enterprise Outsourcing Holdings to list on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange on 14 August 1998
Enterprise Outsourcing Holdings (EOH) intends listing on the 14th August 1998 on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. The company has three subsidiaries which together provide a total solution for business IT requirements in the manufacturing and distribution sector. These are Enterprise Outsourcing Solutions (EOS), Enterprise Implementation Solutions (EIS) and Supply Chain Processes (SCP).
"The main purposes of listing is to attract and retain intellectual capital through equity participation and to provide a capital pool for future growth," says Asher Bohbot the CEO of EOH. The company also intends exploring acquisition opportunities in the future. However acquisitions will only take place if full synergy is achieved, retaining the business focus.
EOS has a strong and established customer base with 30 sites supported nation-wide and secure future income which is tied into contracts. The company was formed after a PG Bison IT management buy-out last March and a subsequent long-term deal to provide the company with an IT outsourcing solution, "Baan" ERP Package and Microsoft products being the main products supported.
EIS will assist customers with the implementation of enterprise resource planning software solutions. "We provide project management, software configuration, program development, program modifications, software training and technical support," notes Bohbot.
SCP, the third subsidiary, provides services for the implementation of modern ERP business system, including software selections, supply chain logistics, education, in-company education and business process re-engineering.
"Our aim is to form a life long partnership with our customers, providing a range of related services which forms a `one stop shop` to our customers for their business system needs. Initial engagement of our customers will typically occur through the education, business system implementation, training and business process re-engineering followed by the full outsourcing of our customers IT needs," adds Bohbot.
