EIM Solution provider, Intervate, has achieved Platinum Partner status in the Kofax Global Partner Programme, becoming the first to earn this level in South Africa, and confirming its status as the leader in enterprise information management solutions. The elevation recognises the long-standing relationship between the two companies and acknowledges Intervate's expertise in this field.
Kofax (LSE: KFX) is the leading provider of document driven business process automation solutions. In business for more than 20 years, Kofax has a network of more than 700 authorised partners in more than 60 countries throughout the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.
“We are delighted to have been awarded the Platinum-level status, as it is a reflection of our proficiency and standing as the pre-eminent capture solution provider in the region,” says Gia Thom, Document Imaging & Capture Solution Manager at Intervate. “It affords us unparalleled support from Kofax and is a token of the value that they see in our relationship. Naturally, our customers will also benefit from our status as a preferred partner and we look forward to passing on those gains in the solutions we provide.”
Kofax's solutions enable organisations to automate business processes and streamline transactions by capturing paper documents, forms and e-documents, and transforming them into digital content that can be managed across business applications, databases and archives.
“Electronic document and records management is about more than cutting costs and automating processes,” Thom adds. “The increasing requirements to comply with new legislation and corporate governance rules compel organisations to have robust, scalable and reliable systems in place. Kofax enables us to give our customers the peace of mind that they comply, all the time.”
As a Platinum partner, Intervate will have access to dedicated resources and support on all Kofax solutions, including closer co-operation through joint business ventures, account planning and executive briefings. This is in addition to the advantages offered to Silver and Gold-tier partners, which include demo software, product discounts, technical training and education courses, as well as product launch kits, configuration guides, and sales and marketing tools.
“The Platinum tier is the highest achievement level within the Kofax Global Partner Programme,” comments Alan Kerr, Executive Vice-President of Field Operations at Kofax. “Platinum partners exhibit a significant commitment to Kofax and have a proven track record of delivering the highest value to customers. Platinum partners also demonstrate expertise in Kofax solutions and consistently achieve revenue targets.”
Kofax software forms an integral part of Intervate's Document Imaging and Capture division. These solutions complement the company's document and records management offerings and leverage Microsoft SharePoint 2010 software coupled with imaging and capture to reduce costs and improve efficiency. The integration of these services enables organisations to digitally capture and store both paper and electronic documents for quick and easy retrieval. A practical example being the accounts payable department: Invoicing processes can be converted into a fully automated invoice management solution that incorporates imaging and scanning, workflow, document management and integration with the financial and ERP systems.
