IndigoCube, a company committed to enhancing its customers' key business processes, has secured the South African distribution rights to the UK-based Konetic e-recruitment range of solutions.
Konetic, founded in 1999, specialises in the e-recruitment software market. Its flagship product, Konetic Recruit, is a modular, browser-based e-recruitment solution for companies hiring tens or tens of thousands of employees on an annual basis. It streamlines recruitment-related workflows for recruiters, line managers, candidates and recruitment agencies.
Konetic Recruit is designed to be integrated with a wide range of HR and recruitment services such as job boards, social media sites, psychometric testing and HR and payroll systems. Konetic also provides data-driven reporting for effective decision-making throughout the recruitment process.
Raymond Myburgh, who has had many years' experience in related markets, has been appointed as business manager of IndigoCube's new HR Solutions business unit, which will market Konetic.
