HSA Management Systems, a provider of corporate and employee-related management systems, services and solutions in the field of fuel and fleet management to statals, parastatals, petroleum and transport companies, has implemented a risk management solution using Microsoft CRM (customer relationship management) technology.
Implementation partner IS Partners completed deployment in September after rolling out the Microsoft CRM solution in 10 weeks. The solution addresses HSA Management Systems` risk management requirements while providing a live customer services solution.
HSA Management Systems operates a distribution network with 50 employees and 50 PCs.
The Microsoft CRM solution was selected as the company did not have a system to adequately log, review and report incidents. The solution was easily adapted to suit HSA`s local environment and was customised to support the specific needs of the company.
After a comprehensive consultation process between HSA Management Systems and IS Partners, the decision was made to adopt Microsoft CRM technology, incorporating the solution`s rich product functionality.
"Microsoft CRM is a flexible, integrated solution that provides a holistic range of solutions to satisfy our requirements for real-time business information gathering, including logging incidents to our help-desk, as well as tracking the progress made on each incident to completion," says Johann Fourie, IT manager at HSA Management Systems.
"HSA employees already use Microsoft Outlook for their contacts, calendar, tasks and e-mail, so with Microsoft CRM we have deployed an efficient system that is familiar and easy to use," says Caron Mooney, managing director at IS Partners.
"We are realising greater efficiency for all of our employees, which will translate into vastly improved customer service through increased productivity and improved risk management," says Fourie.
"Furthermore, the CRM solution will allow HSA to provide much needed access to online business information, while improving decision-making processes across the entire organisation," he concludes.
