Growing team gets strong leader

Designed IT solutions provider, Reflex Solutions, has appointed Nelson Gomes as Presales Manager to a technically strong and growing team.

“Reflex Solutions is growing to meet the demands of customers and our expanding service offering. So, it is important that our presales division has a strong leader from whom the team can benefit,” says Reflex Solutions managing director Greg Wilson.

Wilson believes that Gomes, who is an HP Networking Master Accredited Systems Engineer and VMware Certified Professional, is a first rate addition to the team. His specialisation and advanced certification in networking complements an already competent team well versed in delivering best practice to customers.

“This appointment is important for Reflex as it is our intention to increase our standing with HP across the different business units. We were awarded second place in the HP Networking Channel Awards last year, and we believe that the additional senior level skill that Nelson brings with him will assist us delivering on those intentions,” says Wilson.

In addition to his role as manager of presales, Gomes will be responsible for driving the skilling process of the technical and presales teams to ensure service response and skills conform to the Reflex SLAs and vendor partner requirements.

Nelson comes to Reflex Solutions after 12 years at First Tech, where he was part of the business services division specialising in networking.
