Gestetner, the leading total document solutions provider, expands its Multifunctional Product (MFP) line-up with the DSm415 range, which comprises a variety of pre-configured models to suit specific needs.
The DSm415 offers efficient copier performance, while the DSm415f also provides fax facilities. The DSm415p offers combined copier, printer and scanner capability, and the DSm415pf boasts all four functions in one device.
All four models include Duplex - double-sided printing and copying - as standard.

Gestetner`s DSm415 products also include a number of advanced tools and free, bundled software applications designed to enhance productivity. The scan-to-e-mail document distribution system allows hard copy documents to be scanned and sent directly to multiple recipients via e-mail, while the user-friendly RPCS printer driver clearly guides users through print jobs. The easy-to-use LAN fax function allows faxes to be sent straight from a user`s PC, avoiding the need to print hard copies first and ensuring optimum image quality.
SmartDeviceMonitor and WebImageMonitor software, offered as standard with the networkable DSm415p and DSm415pf with the latter being accessed via a standard web browser interface, streamline device administration for network managers while allowing users to monitor device status, capabilities and paper or toner levels from their own PC. DeskTopBinder enables users to manage and combine into one print job, originals from different formats such as Office applications, image files and PDFs. It also provides a powerful desktop application to manage and distribute documents scanned from the DSm415p and DSm415pf.
Flexible network connectivity is another valuable feature. USB 2.0 and Ethernet interface are provided as standard with the DSm415p and DSm415pf, while optional wireless LAN and Bluetooth offer compatibility with the latest generation of wireless networks - a factor that is sure to appeal to IT managers.
