FrontRange Solutions South Africa announces availability of GoldMine Everywhere Server

FrontRange Solutions (formerly GoldMine Software Corporation), a division of JSE-listed Ixchange, announced the availability of GoldMine Everywhere Server in South Africa. GoldMine Everywhere Server is the first suite of web-enabled CRM (customer relationship management) products specifically designed to support GoldMine FrontOffice 2000 (GMFO).

Featuring real-time access to GoldMine data, streamlined modules for ease-of-use and rapid navigation, the initial GoldMine Everywhere Server offering includes GoldMine Everywhere Web and GoldMine Everywhere Thin Client for sales and marketing.

This announcement further solidifies GoldMine`s commitment to developing affordable, rapidly deployable and easy-to-use CRM solutions for small, medium-sized businesses and large divisions of companies.

GoldMine Everywhere Server is able to extend GMFO, which already tracks all customer contacts within an organisation, across multiple users and teams, from a Windows environment to the Web.

Additionally, it gives universal access to a unified customer database allowing everyone who interacts with customers to be better informed and more capable of providing immediate assistance, and thus resulting in increased customer satisfaction.

GoldMine Everywhere Server is the first offering in a series of planned product initiatives focusing on on-line solutions. Two more components can be expected in the near future.

GoldMine Everywhere Server system requirements

GoldMine Everywhere Server requires GoldMine FrontOffice 2000 with a minimum of five (5) GoldMine Sales and Marketing licenses. Microsoft Windows 2000, Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher, Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS), and Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 are also required. GoldMine Everywhere Web is not compatible with Netscape Navigator.
