Fox ITSM to release internationally recognised Service Integration and Management SIAM Framework

Fox IT Service Management South Africa today announced that it will be introducing the internationally accredited SIAM (Service Integration and Management) certification to its comprehensive IT Governance and Service Management portfolio.

"More and more companies are choosing to outsource their IT services with different IT service suppliers to optimise their company processes, services and products. SIAM provides governance, integration and coordination to ensure the customer organisation gets maximum value from its service providers," states Ian Clark, MD of Fox ITSM.

This ground-breaking certification is delivered in accordance with an internationally accredited syllabus and certification process and combines tutorials, practical exercises and is reinforced through the trainers proven implementation track record. An internationally recognised examination is used to test the skills of the delegates and successful candidates will be internationally certified in SIAM best practices.
