Fiserv intros mobile banking suite
Fiserv, a technology provider to financial institutions, introduced a new mobile banking, alerting and payments suite, writes Self Service World.
The new product suite is called Mobiliti. Fiserv says it streamlines and replaces its product offerings by combining its own Mobile Money product with the BankAnywhere product from M-Com, a company Fiserv acquired earlier this year.
“Mobile access is reshaping the way consumers manage their finances, and Mobiliti from Fiserv delivers the capabilities financial institutions need to meet consumers wherever they want to transact,” says Erich Litch, president of Fiserv's digital channels.
According to Fiserv, Mobiliti supports all three major mobile access modes: SMS, mobile browser and downloadable applications for Android, iPhone and Blackberry, reports Bank Systems & Technology.
Mobiliti is available in multiple versions tailored for use by financial institutions of varying sizes within both the US and international markets, the company says.
The bank will use the Fiserv data and analytics solutions to enhance its ability to service new and existing customers effectively, states Banking Business Review.
