Expleo has been awarded an EcoVadis Gold rating in recognition of the high standard of its sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities. The rating places Expleo in the top 5% of all companies assessed.
Following two consecutive years of achieving a Silver ranking, this is Expleo’s first Gold EcoVadis award, reflecting the company’s ongoing commitment to sustainability, diversity and employee well-being.
EcoVadis is the world’s most trusted independent provider of environmental, social and governance (ESG) ratings. Each year it assesses enterprises against four criteria: environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. To date, it has rated more than 100 000 companies and its ratings are highly regarded around the world and across industries.

Expleo’s Ambition 2025 CSR strategy has been devised to strengthen the business’s approach and deliver concrete results in the across sustainability, environmental, social and ethical business practices.
In addition, all Expleo innovation R&D projects are aligned to at least one UN Sustainable Development Goal, embodying the approach of: “Innovate sustainably, grow responsibly.”
