ETA Audio Visual to streamline sales, marketing with ACCPAC CRM

Premier Softline ACCPAC 2004 CRM business partner of the year, AccTech Systems, is to install ACCPAC CRM at audiovisual system integrator, ETA Audio Visual to streamline its sales, marketing and customer care division. The implementation is also in line with the organisation`s aim to implement an integrated ERP solution.

"Having an automated sales system is of vital importance to ETA," says Keith Blows, IT and marketing manager at ETA Audio Visual. "We have been using ACCPAC`s Financial and Distribution modules as well as Technisoft Service Manager and the inclusion of ACCPAC CRM to our product mix is a natural progression towards an integrated ERP solution," adds Blows.

ACCPAC CRM leverages the power of the Internet and offers ETA`s sales representatives direct access to critical real-time customer and prospect data. It provides ETA with the essential data required to effectively manage, forecast and report on all phases of its sales, marketing and customer care cycle.

"With the new system ETA will be able to perform in-depth sales analysis as well as account and opportunity management," says Tertius Zitzke, managing director of AccTech Systems. "ACCPAC CRM will also assist ETA to reach new levels of customer profitability while retaining loyal customers through ACCPAC CRM`s advanced sales and marketing features."

Predefined workflows within ACCPAC CRM will automate ETA`s quoting system, rooting important quotes directly to the divisional sales manager before going out to the client.

"The advanced quoting features we currently utilise in TechniSoft Service Manager will now be enhanced in ACCPAC CRM," explains Blows. "All our products are traced throughout the entire sales cycle via the product serial number. Our customer care and sales divisions will now also be able to view complete client history on every product and completed projects, vastly improving customer queries. Automated SMSes will notify our out of office sales staff of pending leads which greatly enhances our turnaround time," concludes Blows.
