SPI, the African distributor for utility software products and services to the open systems segment of the IT industry and the southern African reseller for Esker, a leader in document process automation solutions, today announced the latter has been recognised as a strong performer in the March 2022 Gartner Peer Insights ‘Voice of the Customer’ Procure-to-Pay Suites by its customers.
With 98%, as of 8 June 2022, Esker has the highest percentage of customers willing to recommend. The report evaluated 11 P2P solution vendors based on ratings and feedback from end-user professionals who have experience using the solution.
“The 'Voice of the Customer' is a document that synthesises Gartner Peer Insights’ reviews into insights for IT decision-makers. This aggregated peer perspective, along with the individual detailed reviews, is complementary to Gartner expert research and can play a key role in a buying process as it focuses on direct peer experiences of implementing and operating a solution.”
