Ellerine Holdings Limited, one of Africa`s leading furniture retailers, now has three portfolios live on the TRIAD adaptive control system.
TRIAD, from Fair Isaac Corporation, has become the global-standard account management solution for consumer credit grantors as it provides sophisticated risk management functionality in areas such as credit limit management, collections and marketing communications environments.
By making the right decisions for every account in a portfolio, lenders are able to increase revenue, reduce losses, improve customer service and ultimately, increase portfolio profitability and drive sustainable competitive advantage.
PIC Solutions assisted Ellerines with the successful integration of its FurnCity portfolio onto the TRIAD adaptive control system. The Town Talk brand will follow in September 2006. Ellerines can now apply the TRIAD system`s sophisticated risk management capability to the group`s portfolio. In addition, the system will lead to enhanced individual account level treatment in strategic decision areas and increase Ellerines` overall portfolio profitability.
Danie Colyn, Group Director of Credit Control at Ellerine Holdings Limited, states: "TRIAD specialists from PIC Solutions successfully integrated the first set of our accounts onto the TRIAD adaptive control system after the Ellerines/Relyant merger. This industry-proven solution is designed to help us refine our account management strategies and ensure we strengthen our customer value and overall portfolio performance. We look forward to using the full capabilities of TRIAD to enhance our credit decisions and maintain our position as a leading furniture retailer."
Dave Lewis, Director of Consulting at PIC Solutions, adds: "TRIAD has proven to be a reliable account management tool in helping organisations retain more profitable customers. The enhanced functionality and predictive analytics of TRIAD will enable Ellerines to make strategic credit and marketing decisions on a one to one customer basis and ultimately grow their customer lifetime value. Through TRIAD, Ellerines will now be in a position to address and implement the changes required by the new National Credit Act."
