Omnichannel engagement is one of the top priorities for many businesses looking to improve the customer experience they offer. At this point, however, it's still in the fairly early stages of adoption.
While only 11% of companies currently say they have "sophisticated implementation" of a strategy, and 34% have early implementation, 29% say they plan to launch an omnichannel strategy in the next six to 12 months.
