Established in 2002, technology solutions company Doc-IT has made the decision to partner with Kaseya, the leading global automated managed software service solutions company.
Doc-IT Managing Director Doug Isabelle says: “The benefits we foresee with Kaseya are more efficient operations and quicker service to our clients. The reduction of our overheads allows us to offer a lower cost solution to our clients.”
Isabelle also sites quicker turnaround on problems, better client reporting and Kaseya enabling more proactive service instead of reactive.
