Seven directors at LogicalOptions, which has sold its business to Cardinalis Investments, have resigned from the board.

Cardinalis is a company controlled by funds under the management of Brait Private Equity.

The former LogicalOptions board members are still employed by Brait, a company spokesman says.

Those leaving the board are chairman and CE Charles Rowlinson, executive directors Russel Orelowitz and John Sherrat, non-executive directors Salukazi Dakile Hlongwane, Jacques Desmidt and Lorato Phalatse, as well as Mike Hardaker (alternate).

The board of LogicalOptions, formerly Educor, now comprises financial director Kevin Boyers and three non-executive directors - Melvyn Gutkin, Hilton Nowitz and Howard Pelkowitz.

The change of name to LogicalOptions is expected to be registered on or about 18 April.
