The survey highlighted the high level of commitment that UUNET SA customers have to their Internet service provider (ISP) when compared to those of industry competitors. "The positive results re-enforce UUNET SA`s dedication and commitment to high quality service levels to all customers and is evidence that the company has a well established reputation and brand name locally," says Shaun Dix of Webchek.
Internationally, UUNET`s customers` commitment, measured by the Customer Equity Company`s (Pty) Ltd Conversion Model*, exhibited higher ratings and scores opposed to international norms for companies in this sector as well as companies involved in telecoms and media.
