Cloudwords reveals native cloud translation
Cloud-based translation start-up Cloudwords formally revealed a powerful new solution for speeding up localisation called Translation Management Automation, or TMA, reports Cloud Beat.
Unveiled in mid-February by ex-Salesforce.com employees, Cloudwords helps small-to-midsize companies expand their global presence by finding them translation service that best matches their needs.
It provides lists of partnering translators who translate various kinds of content, whether Web sites, marketing materials, customer requests or something else.
According to Market Watch, going global with Cloudwords is easier, faster; less expensive and more reliable than with any other solution in part because of centralised project collaboration, seamless integration with business critical applications and cutting-edge business analytics.
“Cloudwords has helped us simplify and consolidate our workflow by providing our teams and vendors with a centralised management tool that provides a single view for project management, communications and revisions which has increased our efficiency,” says Richard Evans, director of marketing for EMEA from Silverpop.
Currently, Cloudwords customers are translating in more than 100 languages across 50 countries and translation projects that were once taking them months to complete are now taking mere weeks.
