In a lengthy blog post on Wednesday, Chandler explained that HP has just filed its third lawsuit in two years.

Nokia to delist from Frankfurt exchange
Nokia has applied to delist from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, because of falling trading volumes of its shares, the world's largest mobile phone maker said yesterday, writes the Associated Press.
The announcement came as the Finnish company's stock continues to tumble as it struggles against stiff competition in the top-end smartphone sector and against rivals making cheaper handsets in Asia.
In August, Standard and Poor's downgraded Nokia's credit rating, saying its outlook for the company remained negative. Moody's also downgraded it by two notches in July from A3 to Baa2 due to a “severe weakening” of Nokia's business position.
Criminals target Black Friday shoppers
Criminals are targeting Internet users with a new gift certificate scam, according to security experts, notes the BBC.
Users receive an e-mail that claims to be from Apple's iTunes store, warns the Eleven security blog. The ZIP file attached contains malware that may allow hackers to gain access to the recipient's computer.
The blog says the attack appears to have been timed to coincide with Black Friday, one of America's busiest shopping days.

“Jew or not Jew” catalogued Jewish personality traits according to how genetically Jewish users considered themselves to be.
