AuraPortal rolls out BPM software

AuraPortal, a provider of business process management (BPM) software, has released an online commerce module, reports CRM.

The online commerce module allows companies to offer their products on the Internet to customers through a Web user interface with comprehensive purchasing transaction capabilities.

It includes content management, shopping cart, and a payment gateway, allowing companies to link all of their Internet sales with their internal business processes workflow.

According to Tele Tech, AuraPortal claims that the introduction of new modules into its BPM suite, capable of integrating with existing applications, will automate the entire process.

The introduction of content management, an online commerce platform and a new customer relationship management process patterns into the BPM suite accelerates the process of content development and subsequent processes.
