ATIO again scoops several awards at ININ annual conference, in Berlin

The Interactive Intelligence Inc 2008 Annual EMEA Partner Awards were held at a special ceremony in Berlin. ATIO has once again scooped a number of awards; firstly, the EMEA Partner Award of the Year, for the third time in the last four years; secondly, the Platinum Elite Partner Award for the third consecutive year; and thirdly, the Pinnacle Award for the fourth time. The Pinnacle Award is awarded to the partner with the single largest deal in the EMEA region.

ATIO is a black-empowered specialist ICT services provider and a proud partner of Interactive Intelligence since 2001. “We are regarded as one of the leading global Interactive Intelligence partners in the EMEA region,” says Andre le Roux, MD of ATIO interactive division.

“ATIO has once again demonstrated their ability to deliver consistent revenue performance as well as the development of our business across Africa,” commented Dave Paulding, Regional Sales Director at Interactive Intelligence. “We only award Platinum Elite status to a handful of partners across the world each year, and ATIO has worked hard to maintain their status.”

“To be awarded the Platinum Elite Partner award by Interactive Intelligence requires comprehensive certifications on both Interactive Intelligence and Microsoft platforms. In addition, the partner must achieve sales and business development targets as set by Interactive Intelligence,” says Le Roux.

Interactive Intelligence is a global leader in providing unified business communications solutions for contact centre automation, enterprise IP telephony, and enterprise messaging.

“We continue to enjoy a very close partnership with ATIO and are particularly excited about opportunities for expansion in Africa,” says Paulding. “Despite tougher market conditions, we feel that our solutions are more relevant than ever for those organisations that are looking to reduce cost and boost productivity.”
