Imperial Fleet Services, a member of Imperial Holdings, has automated its sales and marketing operations with the deployment of ACCPAC CRM, implemented by AccTech Systems.
"Our sales team plays an integral role in the success of Imperial Fleet Services and the deployment of ACCPAC CRM will allow us to further empower and harness this vital asset," says Murray Price, director at Imperial Fleet Services. "Phase one of the installation will include the integration of ACCPAC CRM with Imperial Fleet`s Customer Information System, currently held in a Unix-based production system."
Keith Fenner, director solutions and business development at AccTech Systems, says sales and opportunity management is crucial in any sales environment.
"A common problem facing remote sales teams face is logging and accessing vital client information. ACCPAC CRM gives Imperial Fleet`s team immediate access to leads, contacts and meeting schedules, while seamless integration with Lotus Notes means management will have a real-time view of performance in the field," he says.
"Future phases of the installation will include Imperial Fleet using ACCPAC CRM to deliver and monitor cost-effective marketing campaigns, as well as deeper integration into the back-office systems to manage other business processes," says Tertius Zitzke, managing director of AccTech Systems.
"ACCPAC CRM`s scalable and robust design with advanced reporting capabilities means every campaign`s return on investment (ROI) can be easily measured."
"ACCPAC CRM is Internet browser-based, which ensures ease of use for our end-users," adds Price. "This, together with flexible integration with our current internal systems made the choice of product and vendor for this project an easy one."
