As Head of Technology for Veritas’ International business, Peter is responsible for leading the pre-sales technical engagement with Veritas’ customers and partners outside of the Americas.

He heads a team of over 180 technical specialists who work throughout the solution lifecycle: driving awareness of Veritas’ capabilities, understanding customers’ requirements, scoping solutions based on Veritas’ products and services, and supporting Veritas’ customers and partners in fully realising the value from their Veritas investment. Peter is also responsible for the technical interlock between the International field organisation and Veritas’ Product Management and Engineering teams.

Prior to his current role, Peter ran the EMEA Technology Sales and Services team at Symantec and, before that, worked for over 15 years in IT professional services. Peter has led major information resiliency and IT infrastructure projects with numerous high-profile clients in financial services, telecommunications and industrials.

Peter has a wide knowledge of IT cloud, resiliency, and infrastructure solutions, as well as experience in ITIL-based IT Service Management and in leading large IT change projects.
