Julie Barlow is the AE that looks after Salesforce Service Cloud for South Africa and the rest of Africa. She is one of the first Salesforce employees based in Country in the newly formed South African entity. She lives in Johannesburg and has worked with very large and small customers in financial services, retail, manufacturing, and Telco's space to assist with their service journeys. She has been working in the service management space for the past 5 years and is passionate about customer experience and helping businesses deliver effortless, connected experiences no matter where the customer journey begins or ends.
